Product Overview

The ZSW Series Vibratory Feeder is designed for continuous and uniform material feeding before primary crushers. In addition to feeding, it efficiently screens out fine materials to enhance the crusher’s overall capacity and performance. Its stable operation and high reliability make it indispensable in crushing and screening systems across a wide range of industries — including metallurgy, mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical engineering, and abrasives.

How It Works

The ZSW feeder consists of a material chute, vibration exciter, spring support, and transmission system. The vibration exciter, composed of two counter-rotating eccentric shafts (master and slave), generates the vibration needed for feeding. The motor drives the master shaft, which meshes with the slave shaft through gears, causing both to rotate in opposite directions. This reverse rotation creates linear vibration of the chute, ensuring continuous and even material flow, while enabling preliminary coarse screening.
