Product Overview

The stacker and reclaimer systems are integrated material handling solutions designed for continuous stacking and reclaiming of bulk materials such as limestone, coal, and sandstone. These machines are widely used in power plants, steel mills, cement plants, and ports for large-scale storage yards. Each configuration—side-cantilever, side-scraper, and bucket-wheel—caters to different material properties and yard layouts, ensuring efficient material homogenization and smooth transfer to downstream processes.

How It Works

• Stacking Process:
  The stacker receives bulk material from a belt conveyor and distributes it in layers over the storage yard using a cantilever arm or a rotating boom. The stacking belt ensures even distribution and optimal pile formation.

• Reclaiming Process:
  The reclaimer retrieves material from the pile using scrapers or a bucket-wheel mechanism.

  • In scraper-type systems, scrapers move along the pile face, pulling material onto a reclaiming belt.

  • In bucket-wheel systems, rotating buckets scoop the material and transfer it onto conveyors for further transport.

• Integrated Control:
  The system operates automatically or semi-automatically, with programmable control for boom angle, stacking pattern, and reclaiming rate to achieve consistent blending and flow.
