Product Overview​

The PF Series Impact Crusher delivers a high crushing ratio, stable throughput, and low operating cost in a compact, service-friendly design. With simplified mechanics and easily replaceable wear parts, it runs reliably and is straightforward to maintain.
Typical applications include aggregates and building materials, mineral processing, chemical industry and power-generation projects—especially for medium-hard and brittle materials.

How It Works

Material enters the crushing chamber and meets the rotor’s high-speed blow bars. The first impact breaks the feed and throws it onto the adjustable impact aprons (liners). Particles rebound between blow bars and liners, undergoing repeated impacts until they are smaller than the set discharge gap. The final product exits through the discharge opening. Adjusting the apron–rotor spacing lets you tune both product size and particle shape.
