The PEV Series Jaw Crusher is designed for primary, secondary, and fine crushing of a wide range of ores and rocks with compressive strength up to 200 MPa. Robust, efficient, and easy to maintain, it serves mining, aggregates, cement, road construction, metallurgy, and chemical industries with stable capacity and uniform product size.

How It Works

A motor drives the main pulley via a V-belt, transferring power to the eccentric shaft. The moving jaw follows a precise, reciprocating trajectory—up/down and back/forth—against the fixed jaw. Material is compressed, fractured, and progressively reduced inside the chamber, then exits by gravity through the adjustable discharge opening.
