High Pressure Grinding Rolls
Product Overview
High-Pressure Grinding Rolls are designed for fine and ultra-fine crushing of materials with a compressive strength below 250 MPa and a moisture content under 8%. With a simple yet robust structure, these rollers ensure reliable performance and a low crushing ratio. They are widely applied in the sand-making industry, particularly for adjusting machined sand fineness modulus. Prior to feeding, materials are pretreated to remove irons and impurities, ensuring smooth operation and consistent output.

How It Works
The system is composed of two highly wear-resistant rollers rotating in opposite directions. Materials are fed evenly into the rollers, where they are compacted into dense layers, then crushed into particles of the required size. The crushed material is discharged through a hopper, and in subsequent steps, these compacted layers are further dispersed or ground into fine powder, achieving the desired granularity.
