How It Works
The horizontal screen operates through an eccentric vibrator driven directly by a motor via a flexible coupling. The vibrator generates periodic motion, and through the self-synchronization principle of mechanical vibration, the screen bed achieves a stable elliptical trajectory. Two or more vibrators are arranged spatially to ensure uniform motion. As materials move along the screen surface following this high-speed elliptical path, they separate rapidly, pass through screen apertures, and advance continuously—completing the material classification process efficiently and smoothly.
