Product Overview
The Circular Stacker & Reclaimer is a continuous and fully automated material storage and retrieval system designed for homogenizing bulk materials such as limestone and coal. It is widely used in cement plants, steel mills, power plants, and mining operations, where high blending efficiency and consistent material supply are essential. The circular configuration allows for space-efficient storage with uniform stacking and reclaiming performance.

How It Works

Stacking Process:
The stacker receives material from the feed conveyor and deposits it in a circular pattern within the storage ring. By rotating and moving radially, the stacker forms layered piles that ensure consistent material distribution. -
Reclaiming Process:
The reclaimer, positioned below or inside the pile, continuously removes material from the base layer using a scraper or bucket system. The material is then transferred back onto the conveyor belt for downstream processing. -
Homogenization:
The alternating stacking and reclaiming patterns result in effective mixing of material layers, achieving a homogenizing rate of ≥10% and ensuring stable quality for production.
