The Vsl Series High-Efficiency Impact Crusher is widely applied in fine crushing and shaping processes for a broad range of ores and materials. It is particularly suitable for secondary and fine crushing of hard and brittle materials with water content below 20%, including abrasive substances, quartz sand, limestone, cobblestone, granite, concrete aggregates, refractory materials, bauxite clinker, metallurgical slag, and other wear-resistant materials. With multiple models available, it offers versatile options for sand production through fine crushing.

How It Works

The crusher adopts a waterfall flow feeding system that introduces a secondary material stream into the crushing chamber at a controlled rate. This increases the material density within the chamber and enhances particle-to-particle energy exchange. Incoming materials collide violently with suspended particles and lining gaskets, and then with the materials discharged from the high-speed spinning wheels. Through repeated collisions, friction, grinding, and crushing, the material is progressively reduced in size before being discharged from the bottom outlet.
